Yesterday equities rallied significantly. The S&P and the Nasdaq both lead the charge. A closer looks reveals some disturbing warning signs. Equities rallied on weak volume the financials (XLF) and materials (XLB) did not participate. This rally is probably over soon.

Good stuff. Appreciate the charts. What is crystal clear to me, but may not be to most traders, is the overwhelming importance of asset allocation and sector rotation. Most people focus on trying to pick great stocks when stocks as a whole get slaughtered when stocks as an asset class are out of favor for economic reason (like they are now!). This is a topic I'm dearly interested in. Keep up the good work!
